Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $200K in Tolland, CT.

Roberta was excellent in helping me find the house that was right for me.  She knows the area very well and helped immensely in wading through the bramble of houses that needed significant repairs or didn't quite fit what I was looking for.  In addition, she has a keen eye for what issues a house   has which may not have been noticeable to me as a first time home buyer.  Roberta also got the house I was looking at into my ideal price range which allowed me to make upgrades on other things once I got into the home.

From the perspective of a first time homebuyer, I would highly recommend Roberta!
